Our Direct Medical Care packages provide highly personalized care with real time advanced communication and extended visit times with our providers. With patients active membership they have on demand access to our provider to address a variety of medical complaints (non serious and non-specialty).
At this time we are providing for adults and healthy geriatric patients the following within our Direct Medical Care membership:
Prevention, detection and management of common chronic disease issues
· Metabolic disorders and Obesity (with or without medication)
· Mild hormone imbalances
· High blood pressure
· High Cholesterol
· Vitamin Deficiencies
· Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) Constipation or Diarrhea
· Thyroid disorder
· Simple Allergies
· Simple Acute issues such as cough, rash, strains and sprains
· Yearly annual wellness exams with lab work order form
· Specialists may be needed for some conditions and not included in concierge membership
Packages starting at 79 a month or 99 a visit.
